Hola, espero que todos esten bien.

Este proximo diciembre contraere matrimonio con una ciudadana amerciana, mi intención NO es vivir en USA, sino regresar a mexico donde tengo un trabajo estable y que ella viva conmigo, sin embargo la boda sera en USA.

¿Que recomiendan que haga?

Esta pregunta es abierta para que me den sus comentarios

Segun se no necesitas visa especial (K1,K3) para eso, la necesitarias si quisieras quedarte a vivir en los EU despues de la boda.

Claro que lo que SI necesitas es tener algun tipo de visa para poder entrar a los EU a casarte (Laser-B1/B2, Estudiante, H1, F1, etc.)

Ah, lo que si necesitas verificar es la condicion migratoria de tu futura esposa en Mexico. Por lo que se hay que hacer un tramite especial para que pueda residir aqui. Hay un "posting" aqui sobre eso con mas informacion que creo que te va a interesar.
