California Service Center Processing

I noticed that the California Processing Center is now approving NOA1 that was received in November. It seems they are speeding the processing of I-130 petition. My NOA1 is December 30. With the rate they are going, I might hear from them by end of May or early June.

I put my entire AOS package through the Chicago lockbox (send Feb 10th) with an IL address but then updated to a CA address as soon as we signed our lease. Our biometrics were scheduled in IL but we ended up being able to do the biometrics as a walk-in in CA.

We applied mid-Feb and our interview is this afternoon. Extremely fast compared to some of the stories I've heard.

We was touched too on 12/27 I think they just scanned them and put them on a shelf maybe they just cashed the checks anyway GOOD LUCK

I applied through CSC on Oct 17 and still no word...I called them and they said that they were still working on Septembers!!! I called them last week.

If they told you they're working on September, it means they're working on October/November. In their lingo.

Take everything they say on their information lines with a grain of salt.

our CR1 receipt date is Oct.7 2011, still no decision, the waiting days so hard. we called them and know that they are working on Nov.15,2011, they put a service request for us, asked us waiting for 14 days.

The fact that you got a service request through with October 7th as priority date is a good sign.

i kinda notice too that ONLY CSC is up to date than the rest of the service center...hopefully it won't change in few months
