the USA Embassy in Guatemala, still has this post there on their website:

"The Consular Section in Guatemala receivesthe approved petition from the NVC, and awaits the applicant's completed DS-230 Part Iforms along with the completed DS-2001. Once the Embassy receives these completed forms, theapplicant is considered "documentqualified."

It suppouse until we send that form, they schedulle our interview...now, it seems, that is optional, am I right???

I knew the NVC made some changes recently, I am looking for a template to send it by e-mail.

I will appreciate your help!...thanks!

I have heard they accept PDF forms

Just make sure you follow guidelines for sending an email<br style="color: rgb(28, 40, 55); line-height: 19px; background-color: rgb(243, 249, 246); ">like putting NVC case number on the subject line.
