Packet 3

Hello,

So after I received my NOA2 I started preparing everything in packet 3 (from the montreal consulate website) and I finished everything.

I called the DOS last week and they told me that the Montreal consulate has logged my petition in their files but to call back this week to make sure. So I called back today and the lady told me that it hasn't arrived in Montreal yet that they just have received an email.

I already did the online forms. Will this be a problem? I haven't sent anything in yet other than the online form (as i thought last week they had my petition)

If someone knows this answer, it would be helpful!

No, it shouldn't be a problem. Keep asking DOS if pkt3 has been logged and when it has mail it in. Also you need to print off the online form and send it in with Pkt3 since Montreal's online system isn't 100% up yet.

You're probably ok. I'm at the same step now. Do either of you know exactly which court records are required? My fiance has only been to court for minor traffic violations and all of them were thrown out so I'm wondering if he needs to get anything for that?

I KNOW!!! I've been twice daily for a week now and getting 2 different answers

1-yes its been logged

2- no its still in transit

I can't get the same answer .. its driving me crazy!! My documents are sitting in a folder, all ready to go!!!
