so I'm still trying to complete the evidence of support for my hubby

they requested his Original documents, photocopies My question does the photocopies has to be small like the passport pics? I think there 5x5?

and of I have to send a copy of his passport sorry I'm new at this

one more question my PD is march 8 2011 when will he get his interview I'm dieing to see my hubby it's been a year and 5 months our anniversary is soon

a little more clarification on your question would help myself and other assist you. are you asking if you can send smaller versions of pictures?

additionally the date of your interview is totally beyond anyones ability to determine. my best advice would be to look at the consulate and check the average time line to get a better idea of how long it would take. hope this helps.

Smaller or bigger I have 5x5 pic of his but the other one is bigger is it ok???

No, the photocopies should be full size. You will send an Original & photocopy of all Civil documents (marriage cert, birth cert, divorce decree, police cert, court records, military records etc.) You will also send a Photocopy of your husband's passport biographical data page (the page with the picture & the passport#) You will also send 2 passport size photos.

If your husband has unmarried children under age 21, he may need to send original & photocopy of their birth cert. also (even if not immigrating with him) We had to do this.

The affidavit of support (I-864) and supporting documents, is a seperate package which will be asked for first.
