After you have been approved for the B2 visa and you have booked your flight, what happens at the port of entry (POE)? What forms besides the I-94 is suppose to be completed? Do they ask you the same questions as in the interview? Do you have to provide them with the same documents you did in the interview?

You're good to go. What will happen is you board your flight. On the flight, the flight attendants will give you a white form I-94 and a customs declaration form. You fill these out. When the plane lands, you enter the airport and the first area you'll get to is immigration. You wait in a line for your turn. Once you get to the immigration booth, you hand your passport, I-94 and customs declaration form to the CBP officer. He/she will likely ask you some of the same questions you were asked at the interview. They may or may not ask for documents. It's always a good idea to bring them just in case they ask. They'll then take your fingerprints and a picture, stamp your passport, staple the I-94 into your passport and hand it back along with the customs declaration form. You can then go pick up your luggage. After you pick up your luggage and walk to the arrivals hall, a customs officer will ask you to hand in your customs declaration form. Hand it in and keep walking. Welcome to America.

PS. DON'T lose your I-94 that's in your passport. This is your departure record. It will have a date stamped on it. That's the date which you're allowed to stay in the US until. When you leave, the airline will collect it from your passport and that's how they'll know you left on time.
