Our's was recieved on 12th, and no response so far... they had asked for Petitioner's photograph. I hope we both get approvals on monday. that would be cool

DemRa, I agree with what Jrh39 stated above. Just want to add my 2 cents. The processing times published in February 2013 are "as of December 31, 2012". Our cases (PDs in late Jan and early Feb 2011

Has anyone else been approved by the VSC? I wonder if they continue approving F2A cases or this was it for now?

Guys, do you know when USCIS will update their status?

and do you think is it possible that their processing time will later than Visa BUlletin?

for example, VSC processing time still approving F2a Feb2011, but the VB already move to June2011 for next June 2013??

If you look at the previous posts, people with PD in June-Aug 2011 got their NOA2s only in April of this year. The next processing times update will be "as of March 30, 2013", so I am not sure it will move that fast when the next processing times update is published.

I could be wrong though. The current processing times list shows that "as of February 28, 2013", VSC was considering applications February 27, 2011 and before. My PD is Feb 3, 2011 and I got my NOA2 on March 19, 2013. This probably means that they spent a month reviewing my application before approving it. It is difficult to get this information from Customer Service. Up until 7:30 pm on March 19th, my status was "in initial review".

Surprised that you have not received a word about your application. Good luck and I hope you hear something soon.

don't worry be happy brothers my PD is december 2011 in Vermont center and i got my NOA2 in 19 April 2013.others have their PD in 2012 and they got their NOA2 (they are also in vermont center).

That's mean they treat your files so Be patient

06/23/2016-- NOA received in mail.

yea, for me kinda worried a little bit... but my husband said anyhow we will get our visa approved. I just curious if service center might published their status later than VB.

the only thing that touched for my case is my husband change of address. but other than that, nothing. we email, called, almost every week, spoke to tier 2, but same answer, that our case is still in normal processing time. so nothing I can do but just wait, patiently and pray hard :)

if I can wait for 2years, i'm sure I can wait for another couple of months. heheheee :)

if that so, I wish VSC will publish their status for this month is Dec2011, so I can request for SR bcoz that's mean my case is beyond normal processing time.
