Guys! Today I got the good news. :rofl: I got NOA2 letter. :wow: My PD is March 22, 2011. I have just started writing on this thread a few days back by seeing jrh39's and anil's success stories. And look at this, today i get lucky too. It's really awesome. Now what next. I have read that NVC will now send a packet of OF-169, OF-230 and I-864(AOS) forms. Does anyone get that from NVC. And in this VJ forum, I also read about DS-3032 and DS-230 form. So please share the experience who have gone through the process. I want to know what documents I have to prepare and what preparation I have to do after this; except sending AOS package and paying fee? And what is OF169, OF230? Please enlighten on these issues? And for everyone who is waiting for NOA2 - Good Luck!! :thumbs:

DemRa, I agree with what Jrh39 stated above. Just want to add my 2 cents. The processing times published in February 2013 are "as of December 31, 2012". Our cases (PDs in late Jan and early Feb 2011

09/09/2009 met and had been happily dating for almost a year when my husband (bf at that time) won in a green card lottery. By that time he divorced from his ex-wife, and I graduated from the university and had obligatory job placement in Belarus for 2 years on.
11/19/2010 got married. In about a month he left for the US and applied for family reunification.

Thanks to everyone.

After I got NOA2, I have too many questions going around my head :innocent: . For some of them I got the answers from this forum, thanks for that but there are still more.

1. I have submitted the original marriage certificate to USCIS with I130. I heard that they keep the original copy and I have to submit request form G884 to get it back. Is it true? I thought USCIS will forward them to NVC.

2. Do my wife really need to send DS3032 to NVC? she is not with me and I have to get her signature on this form.

3. This petition is for my wife and I don't have any other income than income from my job. So will I be filling I864EZ or can I file I864 or doesn't matter?
