How come people with PD August2011 got approved ? My pd june16 2011 no NOA2 yet!!!

I asked this question myself, how come I got approved? When I received the approval email I couldnt believe what I was reading so I hoped VSC had started to move and wanted to share good news with all you guys that are waiting for almost 2 years now for NOA2. I understand that there are people with PD before mine and yet are not approved, but I believe that they are working on cases with PD up to aug or sep2011 at least and wait for a date to send most of NOA2. I also believe that there are many people who do not participate this forum and we dont know anything about their cases. I would like to believe that our case was mixed up with other cases that they approve at th moment but that will be such a great luck for us and I cant believe we are that lucky, anyways the good days are coming, hope everyone start posting good news

oh ya btw, 2weeks ago, my hubby call USCIS and has manage to spoke to Tier2 asked for Service Request. and as per jan 17th we received a letter, response from them regarding our SR. and the statement in that latter is just exactly same with email response from VSC. that my petition is being forwarded to ISO and within 60-90days we will get decision or notification.

and I hope for the best notification.

Review of our records reflect that your case has been forwarded on and is with an Immigration Services Officer at this time

Your case is presently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60-90 days of the date of this letter.

For future status inquiries of a petition or application filed at this Center you may want to utilize our National Customer Service Center by calling 1-800-375-5283. If you would like to obtain forms, filing instructions, case status or schedule an appointment with your local office, please visit our website at www.uscis.gov.

About a week ago I sent e-mail to VSC asking to imform me on my case status (my PD is 03/24/2011). Yesterday I got an answer. They said they cannot inform me about abything. They answer petitioners' questions only in case there was some problem with Service Request.

my assumption is VSC forgot to update the F2A status, since I saw some of people who has PD after jan2011 already been approved. I don't relay on VSC update processing times again.. rely on you own update case status by keep contacting VSC, ask for SR, talk to any resources who can help u.

don't give up! ask you petitioner to email VSC more frequent. I asked my hubby to do that, so, VSC get bored reading our email and start to answer it. LOL

After jan. 23, 2011 is only one lucky approval of fjoal. These people with pd of early feb like jrh39 and others have no approval so vsc is not working on f2a category. Looks like pd will be current before approvals. Jrh39 have you made a service request?
