it's been almost 6 months VSC processing time is always January, 23, 2011.

WHY?WHY?WHY?WHY?

is there a lawyer here?

VSC has been stuck at January 2011 for 11 months now (I believe the cut-off date reached 9 January 2011 this January). It seems we have been their last priority this year. It's frustrating, particularly when we know that it only takes 15 minutes on average to process and approve a case.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony

We are the forgotten category now. Do these people at vsc realize we have to be away from our spouse for more than 2 years and now maybe 3 years. It takes a toll on our health just waiting without knowing anything about our cases. We have no peace of mind, always at unrest, celebrating holidays , wedding anniversaries and birthdays apart. Even though i upgraded to IR1 last month i still feel like part of f2a because nothing will be done anytime soon. We should all call vsc everyday so they get annoyed like we do. I am starting to hate the state of vermont now, what is in vermont besides lazy people. Why doesn't the uscis hire productive people and why is this service center in vermont.

I am as angry as you are, especially for not being approved at least, and the worst thing is that no one with PD starting early Feb 2011 has said anything of being approved. That means that when they will update the processing times next month in january 2013 for " as of novenmber, 30, 2012" or either the following month for "as of December 2012" we will still see Jan, 23, 2011. So this forum is the only way of finding out if they ever gonna start moving or not...

At first thinks for your response brother jrh39 .

My priority date is november2011.

Honestly all that is unbelivable...in the big democratic country in the world.

At least the authority can say us what's happen in the vermont office.

I can't understand their silence .

They must understand us.it's been 2 years we did not celebrate the new year, our birthdays....it is hard to separate two lovers.
