I am still in F2A category.

Thanks! I just saw in VJ's immigration timelines that someone with an April 2011 PD got approved, and you getting an RFE means that the VSC has moved to May 2011 files already. I am sorry you have to send in more evidence, but at least you know that they are finally looking at your case.

It's pretty impressive, within a few weeks VSC has progressed from end of January to May. I keep my fingers crossed that they won't stop until they have approved all August 2011 filers.:D

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony

Really?!? Thanks for telling us, that really makes my day.

My husband and I had started looking at the NVC process a long time ago, but then dropped our preparations as it seemed that the wait for a NOA2 would never end. I guess we'd better start looking into the process and the forms again! I am visiting him in the US at the moment and it would actually be convenient to get the forms done while I am here this week and we can be looking at the computer screen together.

If you are prepared and have a little bit of luck, you can get case complete very quickly. Good luck and I hope you resolve the RFE easily!

"Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between August 19, 2013 and September 9, 2013."

Wow! For the first time during my two-year VJ membership I am actually able to see a processing time estimate in my timeline! This must mean that a sufficient number of F2A members have created and/or updated their timelines lately. I don't really believe in the estimate as we all know that it totally depends on whether USCIS will continue processing F2A cases for the next few months or whether they'll put them on the shelves again, but it gives me hope to see this. Thanks a million to everyone who has updated their timeline and made the predictions possible!

And those of you who don't have a timeline yet, please create one today. They are helpful to others in so many ways.

Thanks Athena for pointing out this feature. I'm new here and haven't noticed it before!

Mine says "Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between April 21, 2014 and May 12, 2014"

It's way to go, but I'm really hoping the VSC won't stop until reaching National goal of 5 months processing time.

Thanks everyone for updates!

Wooow!!!! Thanks for the information! It totally made my day!!!!:dance::dance:

09/09/2009 met and had been happily dating for almost a year when my husband (bf at that time) won in a green card lottery. By that time he divorced from his ex-wife, and I graduated from the university and had obligatory job placement in Belarus for 2 years on.
11/19/2010 got married. In about a month he left for the US and applied for family reunification.
