I hv no idea... between #3 and 8 I think they won't get wrong press the button in their keyboard?! I hv feeling that VSC just forget to update their online status, but the fact many PD after jan 23rd has ben approved.

I recently got approved , my PD is Aug 2011, I received the aproval notice in my mail box from USCIS a few days ago and that I will be contacted by NVC, should I contact them first or wait until they contact me?

Jrh39, think u should start to contact uscis and push them to make SR for u coz some1 else who hv PD earlier than u already got approved Gudluck..

The published processing times are based on data from 30 November 2012, so I am hoping that the message you received means that VSC has managed to reach 28 January 2011 since then. I believe we don't have anyone here with a PD at the end of January 2011 to confirm?

well thats what it looks like based on an email that vsc sent.

It is amazing when we applied waiting time at vsc was 5 months, and now 23 months or more. I asked for ombudsman help 3 weeks ago, no response yet.

How come people with PD August2011 got approved ? My pd june16 2011 no NOA2 yet!!!

Fjoal's approval with pd aug 2011 was an exception, he got lucky with a file mix up at vsc.
