Our K-1 was denied at the embassy and has been sent back for possible revocation. I'm going to reapply for K-1 and need to know if I need to write a letter asking for a waiver since this will be our 2nd petition in less than a yr's time? If I do, what exactly needs to be written. Any advice?

I am so sorry to hear this. Okay, now fill us in why would you need a waiver? Was it requested? Is there some kind of inadmissibility or misrepresentation involved?

You say your 2nd K1 petition in a year?

Can I ask what was the reasons for your denial? Are you in AP? Do you have a lawyer (sorry so many questions.

But God Bless you, chin up you will get through this and be victorious I am sure.rose.gif

I'm asking if I'll need a waiver since this will be a second time for us to file since we were denied the first time. He was denied stating for immigration purposes. I go see a lawyer tomorrow. We are not in AP and no one said we had to file a waiver at the embassy level. I just want to know what to do next.
