looks good to me.

you might add a statement that you are qualified to translate spanish into english and sign the statement.

also, send in a copy of the original document in spanish along with your english translation.

04-12-2012: EAD/AP card received ;-)
04-16-2012: Interview day - Approved! (waiting for GC)
04-23-2012: Welcome Letter touched
05-03-2012: GC on hand!

You MUSt include a statement that certifies the translation is true and accurate and you are competent in both languages. It does not have to be notarized. Notaries do not verify the accuracy or validity of a document, only the identity of the person signing the document.

Alla does translations as a business, they do not need to be notarized for USCIS

No and no.

It only needs to be "certified" by the translator to be true and accurate and that the person is competent in both languages. No notary required. Any person can translate, you can even translate your own documents
