I-130 cover letter - opinions?

Hi All,

My wife and I have prepared a cover letter to go with the I-130 application and wanted to get some feedback. Let me know if we're missing anything.

She is the US citizen (petitioner) and I am the beneficiary.

I (her name), a United States Citizen, am submitting an I-130 petition for Alien Spouse on behalf of my husband (his name), a United Kingdom Citizen. Please find enclosed:

• Cover letter (this document)

• G-1145 (E-notification)

• Personal Check in the amount of $420

• I-130 Petition for Alien Spouse

• Copy of my (petitioner) birth certificate

• G-325A filled out by myself (petitioner) (+1 additional sheet)

• Passport style photo of myself (petitioner)

• G-325A filled out by my husband (beneficiary) (+1 additional sheet)

• Passport style photo of my husband (beneficiary)

• Letter explaining relationship history, marriage and future plans together

• Copy of our Marriage Certificate

• Evidence of bona fide marriage

o Our joint lease from when we lived in Australia

o Bank statements showing co-mingling of finances

o Copies of passport pages showing travel together

o Copies of airline/hotel itineraries showing travel together

o Emails from times we have been in separate locations

o Photos of us throughout our relationship
