Hi, you will need to go get a court order to be able to correct it. consult a lawyer.

Correction of errors in entries of citizenship, date of birth, surname, status or gender of the petitioner are not among those errors that can be corrected with the LCRO under RA 9048.

Lots of jokes. On a serious note, the advice yahm is giving you here is correct. My fiancee and I had to go through this, and you are in for a trip. Follow the '10 steps' listed from the link yahm posted. You will most certainly need a lawyer to petition your case as it is mandatory. Fees will vary according to whom you choose to represent you. Your fiancee will undergo a medical that will determine she has been a female from birth. Your case will be presented. After success, you will have your corrections forwarded and made at the LCR. The longest part is probably waiting for those corrections to be noted by NSO. I feel for you because you will be postponing your lives for a while until this is corrected. This process will take you anywhere from 6-12 months with at least one hearing if not two or three. Our case took about 8 months. Goodluck! I know you aren't laughing about it.

Sorry that's all wrong. That's not how it works for gender corrections on BC.
