Name Problem in all my Documents

me and my fiance decided to start our life together here in the US... so i guess we are going to start a petition for her, BUT here is the problem...

1. My rea lastl name is Different fromy last name that i am using now, all my Documents such as Bank account, ITR, and DL. for all i know my mother change it when i was young where they dont need everything to proof that you are the real one... youknow what am saying? my question is Do i need to change my Passportlast name or BC last name Before i submit the I-129f (petition for K1 visa)..

Really.. really Need help here
