Yes the final steps....after bio, then approval and the big wait. after approval it's production of the 10 yr card and the big wait lol then it's done...unless you petition for citenship, then more NOAS and more big waits....then done for good :rofl:

Okay, i just read the whole NOA until the very end haha

It says:

"Upon receipt of your ASC appointment notice, you can find the status of your case online at www.uscis.gov."

That is the biometrics notice. So we have to wait for that receipt number and that's why our WAC# isn't working. :P

Hi Yurika, I am getting so stressed , its been a month now since we sent all documents and checks into VCS , it was a bit early as GC expires 19 Sept , but they have not cashed the checks yet and still no NOA , What do I do , should I be concerned ?? Thank you.

Thank you Cool1 , I am just confused as Fedex shows they got our package on May 11 , we sent it on May 9 , but I still have not heard a thing , no NOA yet ????

I think you meant your GC expires on 19 Aug...

My guess is... They already send your package back long time ago (USCIS is very strict with 90 day opening date) and you didn't get it...

I don't know if you can just resubmit now or not though... You need to call USCIS again?
