TO ALL WHO SENT I-751 FEW WEEKS AGO BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE NOA1:

I just called the 800# and talked to a uscis person. Got my actual EAC # over the pnone and checked on the website. Was told to make an infopass and get my passport stamped. Got one for Monday morning. I suggest you do the same.

5/8/12- I-751 Mailed

6/22/12- Early bio done, received 551 stamp

6/25/12- NOA received dated 6/21

1/29/13- Approved

Fellows who already received the both the NOA and the Bio Appt.-- Are they the same? If not, how many days after getting NOA the Bio Appt came in the mail? Since they never sent my NOA, it is possible I will not get a Bio Appt. Thanks

Fellows who already received the both the NOA and the Bio Appt.-- Are they the same? If not, how many days after getting NOA the Bio Appt came in the mail? Since they never sent my NOA, it is possible I will not get a Bio Appt. Thanks

The receipt number is different on the bio letter.

You should still get your bio, I saw an April filer who never got NOA but eventually received the bio appt letter.

I'd give them more time. It does seem that CSC is slowing to a crawl and the notoriously slow VSC is going strong. I won't rattle their cages until another week goes by without word. :huh:
