I-751 May 2012 Filers

In looking at the chart one cannot compute the probably time to receive the first NOA. We sent ours on the May 11th and still haven' t gotten our NOA. While others have receives theirs in only a couple of days.

The dates in the list are not the date the NOA was received, they're the date the NOA was generated. Mine was generated on 05/01, but I didn't receive it for almost 2 weeks after that date.

Thanks! I guess I'll just have to be patient and hope to get it before my trip, otherwise my hubby will have to mail it to me :unsure:

I see you sent paperwork on 5/11 in your signature timeline. Did you send that date or today?

You can go on your own, they don't need anything but fingerprints and photos at this point. If they want an interview for whatever reason then I'm assuming they'd want him to go to that appointment.

Hello to VJ once again,

I botched my money order put USCIS on it instead of the US depatment wotsit... all cause the grumpy woman at theP.O. was rushing me. still after having checked on here my mind is at rest, it seems money is money to uscis and they will cash it. so please could someone add me to the list. my GC expires 06/15/2012. I know i left it late, so i sincerely hope that there wont be a problem.
