I'm not sure how to fill out Part 10(D)... I've had 1-2 speeding tickets that resulted in monetary fines... Most expensive was $157. Do I have to write YES to both D-15, and D-16, or only to D-16. Do I need to submit any official documentation about those speeding tickets? Thanks.

As far as I know, you say NO to D-15 but you say YES to D-16. A speeding ticket is a citation.

I would include a letter with your N400 form why you answered YES to D-16 explaining the speeding tickets. Since the fines are less than $500, you do not submit any additional documents right now, but most likely they will ask for documents when they call you for the interview. So prepare documentation about the traffic tickets and proof that you paid them.

Just my two cents. I am not an immigration lawyer and the above is just my personal opinion.
