Hey there everyone!

I was looking for an answer to my question on the forum but couldnt find anything I was looking for.

I am currently waiting for my visa appointment to be issued. Yesterday I received the information that our Co-Sponsor's (my fiance's sister) paperwork finally arrived with my fiance.

The problem now is that she did not fill everything out completely cause she was not sure with two questions. Could any of you that had experience with a Co-Sponsor help please?

#3 This affidiavit is executed on behalf of the following person

She has to state my information and not my fiance's information right? Cause the affidavit is executed on my behalf and not on my fiance's?

# 11 The check boxes: I intend or I do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person named in item 3.

She now checked I do not intend. Was that right? My fiance of course checked I intend and we assumed that she would have to check the same one.

I really would appreciate your help as I dont want this to be the reason my K-1 Visa wont be approved!

Thanks in advance!

#3, that is the information of the beneficiary. The person they are filling out the form for and stating they will sponsor.

#11, you could both follow what is on the example form: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

Hi- Jay- Kay, Quick basic but confusing question.

I will need a co-sponsor as well but she has 4 kids and a husband. i'm guessing that means she has 5 dependents? well the I-134 only provides for 3 dependents. How does she go about filing I-134 then.

(I'm starting to gather my docs because the wait is simply torturous)

Feb 3, 2012 - I129F sent
Feb 6, 2012 - NoA1 Received
August 22, 2012 - NoA2 ( 198 days!!!!!)
Sept 6, 2012 - NVC Received Case
Sept 10, 2012 - London Received Case
Sept 15, 2012 - Packet 3 Received
Sept 20, 2012 - Medical
Oct 5, 2012 - All forms sent to the embassy
Nov 5, 2012 - Interview

I would add a supplement sheet to list all their dependents. They will need to make at least 125% of the poverty level for a household of 6: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf
