127 days passed no noa2

127 days passed we didnt get noa2 or RFE . We filed our 129f December 13 and our noa1 date is December 15 2011. I think CSC is slower than others centers. Anybody know when we get approval?

You are still within normal processing time. It is not unusual, it took us 158 days after noa1 to get approved. You probably have another month of waiting, if not more.Just try to hold on. Good luck.

Average wait time for K-1 NOA2 is 5 - 6.5 months. You are still within the wait time. Little bit more waiting and you will get your NOA2.

We just got approved at CSC and we were right at 5 months. It was pretty much the same as the VJ estimated date - and According to your timeline:

Estimates/Stats : Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 8, 2012 and May 12, 2012*.

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

You likely have a little more waiting to do. I was a bit more concerned about getting a RFE, which would have only maid the wait longer. We got our NOA2 at 147 days, which is just about five months.

check out the statistics page - they're still working on November. Should be about another month I'd guess. hang in there!
