Hi all,

for those of you who have rec'd your NOAs - did it include your spouse's full name... ours only has his first and last name... no errors but no middle name ... i'm wondering if this is something I have to follow up on w/ them? does it need to be there?

From what I remember on the NOA1 for K1 visa it had his full name.

Hi all,

I just looked at my NOA1s for AOS and EAD and they only have my first and last name ....

My Biometrics appointment letter also only has my first and last name ...

My NOA stating that my I-485 application had been transfered to California actually has my first name, middle initial and last name ...

I sure hope this isn't a problem and that if and when I get my EAD and GC that they have it complete ....

Yes, contact them ASAP. If your middle name isn't on your NOAs, etc, it isn't going to be on your green card. Much much much better to get it straightened out now rather than having to send your green card back later.

Sometime in 2008 - Received 10 year GC. Almost done with USCIS for life inshaAllah! Huzzah!

06/15/09 - Citizenship interview

07/15/09 - Citizenship ceremony. Alhamdulilah, the US now has another american muslim!

On my wife's NOA's has always has had all her names, four names (first, middle and two last names) before we got married and on the AOS NOA's all three names (first, middle and last) after we got married. Definitely give them a call.
