Hello and Thank you in advance for reading and answering....

Followed the guides (Hopefully) and sent only what was requested.

Now have much more evidence and was wondering with all this wait time....has anyone sent more evidence to USISC? Before NOA2.

I recall reading that sometimes files are not even looked at in some cases when the beneficiary is in interviewed in CASA...was just thinking....

Any advice from personal experiences? Positive ideas to bounce off me? :star:

You can and should send more evidence to NVC with the DS-230 form

Do not send any evidence before NOA2-it will get lost or slow you down

But you should send more proofs and pics with family to NVC

Good Luck

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

Thank GF!!! I was hoping to hear from you!! Sent you a pm but you must be busy with HIM!!!

So it is not unheard of sending more evidence but AFTER the NOA2?

Did not know if it was permissible.

I have signed affidavits from family, more family photos from this last visit, some papers from a Doctor regarding a red flag question asked with the K1 interview etc....

So I will continue to wait and then send another package to VERMONT.

Hope you and SO are goooooood!!!

He has everything he needs but a job and a greencard. I heard thegreen cards are taking almost 2 months

He has his social, a car, a credit card in his own name with a great limit. He has his drivers license (as of today)

He has an Illinois ID card. a cell phone

I am exhausted running around!!

So next on the list is a GPS! LOL

A job will come eventually. Right now he is just trying to go to mosque and meet people.

Life is good!! I hope you will feel what I feel soon.... your paradise is not far away!!

Send as much evidence as you possibly can, the more the merrier. According to my attorney you can't overload or front load too much, especially when filing for someone from a MENA country. Good luck to you! :)

I also sent additional evidence with my DS230 packet. Just to ensure the CO has to review it, because I heard they usually wont look at anything at the interview. Best wishes to you and me! :]

Okaaay

It is time.

Now if someone can help me with suggestions

both fees paid AOS and IV

I have yet to send AOS paperwork or his certificates and such...

do I send my proofs...affidavits, photos, travel stubs now???

I am assuming this is the time it was recommending to front-load...

Is it within the IV packet???

Thank you

I sent about four pictures originally, phone records, and a couple cards, emails and letters. The additional pictures, letters, and instant messages my husband brought to his interview were looked at. I don't know how well they were scrutinized or anything, but they definitely were not ignored.
