hi everyone i sent out my 129f on Saturday APril 14. I got email Thursday April 19

It means your wait start which is supposedly arounf 5 months at CSC until you receive NOA2 as long as yu don't get an RFE and they are not too back logged. I am almost at 5 months right now and am still waiting for my NOA2 approval notice. That is a standard communication that everyone receives if their I-129F petition and payment received seems to be in order. The LockBox forwards it to the appropriate servce center. Good luck.

Form I-797 is your NOA1. This means your processing has begun. You now will wait 5 - 6.5 months for your NOA2. This a just estimated wait time. If you receive an RFE. The process will be longer. Until then . Read up on the Visa Application for the beneficiary in Manila.

I just see they decreased the fee from $340 to $240. holy crapola batman. I never saw a government do that. I paid $340 will i get refund??

The fee decrease is when your love one applies for the visa. The I-129f is 340.00 that has not changed.

the fee change is for USEM, the i129f is still at 340$ thats paid to USCIS

Sorry!! No refunds in this process.. The I-129f fee is still $340. Visa Application fee went down from $350 to $240.
