I got an RFE asking for her divorce decree for all prior spouses!!

I'm on the phone holding for a human(?) as I type this post...

Hang up the phone and start typing a letter explaining that your fiancee has never been married and so there is no divorce certificate (or death certificate) that you can send.

(How about you? Could the RFE be asking about you?)

I'm POSITIVE its about the beneficiary, I got a helpful young man who advised me the same as Yodrak, its all typed and copied, sealed and ready to go. Im on my way to the post office! then back to work...LOL Thanks!
