Hello,

I will be leaving U.S and moving back to Canada. THe CRA has a simple form where you fill the separation and sign it. Should I be sending that to the IRS? we are not going to be dividing assets or baby rights. It would be just separation. As i am in Canada and she is in U.S. Or should I be just filing as married in canada?
