Hi everybody!

We sent our I-129F (with all the rest of the documents) following the "Assembling the I-129F Package: Checklist" on this webpage on April 13th, 2012. And I say we, because we are both in the US right now. I'm leaving on Monday to Argentina, which is were I'm from. :yes:

We got the NOA1 4/19/2012 at 1:45am (yes, the text luckily didn't wake us up! lol) and the email at the same time.

Since there was no topic on April filers, I decided to open one :idea: to see if we can all help each other while waiting and waiting and waiting and some more waiting! :clock:

Did you send your envelope the same month as we did?

K1 NOA1: April 18th, 2012
K1 NOA2: October 25th, 2012 (190 days at VSC, NO RFE)
NVC number: November 1st, 2012 (7 days after NOA2)
INTERVIEW: November 29th, 2012 (APPROVED)
POE: December 14th, 2012 (Miami)
MARRIAGE: December 21st, 2012 (the end of the world! lol)
AOS SENT: December 26th, 2012
AOS NOA1: December 31st, 2012
AP/EAD NOA1: December 28th, 2012
BIOMETRICS: January 31st, 2013
AP/EAD APPROVAL: February 20th, 2013
AP/EAD card in the mail: March 2nd, 2013

GREEN CARD APPROVED: September 17th, 2013 (no interview)

hola vicky!i can tell u that we get the NOA ,in august,5 .and the NOA2 in february 1st (but in the middle they ask for RFE,thats why it took extra time.we been procesing that at vermount too,just letting u know,maybe it helps since we are same country,and same uscis centre!good look!!and yes the wait is so strssfull,but believe me ,now that im a few days from my interview,omg!im walking on the wallsssss!!!!jajaj...good luck,and never forget,that TRUE LOVE ALWAYS WIN!!!:)

Thanks for all the info! So far no RFE and of cOurse we don't expect one, but it's very useful since we have just a few argentinian going through the process right now. Best of luck at your interview and I'll be waiting for your review!!!
