Hi everyone! Anybody there waiting for more than 6 months like me?? NOA1 was last October 2011!! :angry: :angry: They just said yesterday that they are stil on Sept. 10! but looks like everyone is getting approved and the Novembers and Decembers are already agitated?!!! :angry: Just what is happening to that USCIS!!!!??? :angry: :angry: :angry: Not even helpful to call i think! :angry:

Ours was Oct 13th and we're on the edge of our seats waiting right now.. I hope it comes soon for you and I both!

09/2009 - Met on Online Christian Dating Website
06/18/2011 - Married to my Canadian :)
09/12/2011 Mailed I-130 package via USPS to Chicago lockbox
09/14/2011 Priority Date/Received Date
09/15/2011 Received email and text confirmation from USCIS that my application was sent to CSC
09/19/2011 Received I-797C in mail (NOA1)
04/26/2012 - Called USCIS for the third time and this time they put in service request
05/09/2012 - Recevied an email from USCIS saying that my case was being ajudicated and to wait up to 45 days
05/16/2012 - Received letter from NVC with number - No NOA 2 or updates online
05/17/2012 - AOS Bill - Received & Paid
05/17/2012 - Sent in optin email for electronic processing and received email back with confirmation same day
05/17/2012 - Sent in DS-261 Choice of Agent
05/21/2012 - Sent AOS package via email to NVC
05/31/2012 - Received checklist for IV form, but haven't been invoiced yet
06/06/2012 - Received invoice for IV bill & paid online
06/07/2012 - IV bill showed as PAID & IV application ready to fill out
06/08/2012 - Completed DS-260 IV application and sent it electronically to NVC
06/08/2012 - Sent IV supplemental documents package via email to NVC
06/15/2012 - Case complete - email sent from NVC
06/25/2012 - Called NVC and received Interview date; email was sent later in the day
07/18/2012 - Hubby's Medical Appt Completed in Toronto
08/02/2012 - Hubby's Interview in Montreal - Approved!
09/04/2012 - POE at Lewiston, NY - Drive home to VA

Removal of Conditions

06/12/2014 - Mailed off I-751 package to Vermont Service Center
06/13/2014 - Receipt date of NOA1
07/21/2014 - Attended Biometrics Appt. at 10 AM
11/26/2014 - Received email showing transfer of case from Vermont to California

11/22/2014 - 11/26/2014 - Not sure when transfer letter was sent, but it was during this time period.

12/27/2014 - Received notice of 2nd bio date - January 5, 2015

01/05/2015 - 2nd bio completed

02/24/2015 - Received email saying that Greencard was ordered today

03/04/3015 - 10 yr Greencard received!

Hi there...wow..6mos...ours is november 8..and we are still waiting too..but I feel for you since yours was before ours..I'm happy for all those who are getting their NOA2..but it can get frustrating..but patience is key..I amd thinking of contacting my congress person if I don't hear from USCIS at the end of this month, because it will be 6mos for us on May 8th..good luck my friend..maybe our time is coming soon..God willing!!

Mine was 6 months and 2 weeks: your question at this point should be if anyone has waited less time. Sadly, considerably more than 6 months is the going average at this point.

I did notice the day after my congressman inquired about my petition it was approved, not sure if there was a cause-effect relationship or not as I was already at 188 days, and 189 was roughly my estimated approval date anyway.

Sept 9, 2011: NOA1

March 16, 2012: NOA2

April 10, 2012: NVC Case Number Assigned, AOS Invoice Received

April 11, 2012: OPTIN for EP with DS-3032 sent, AOS bill paid

April 12, 2012: AOS Package Sent

April 17, 2012: IV Bill invoiced, paid

April 19, 2012: IV package sent

April 20, 2012: Checklist for AOS asking for letter of employment, response sent

April 23, 2012: Letter approving DS-230, False checklist for AOS checklist

May 1, 2012: Appointment Letter Received (for May 23rd)

May 22, 2012: Interview canceled pending further medical tests

July 15, 2012: New Appointment letter Received

August 1, 2012: Interview, Approved

got our approvals in 6 months and 1 day from NOA1..

USCIS

10/01/11 - Filed (2) I-130's

10/04/11 - NOA-1

04/05/12 - NOA-2

Your I-130 was approved in 184 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

04/23/12 - NVC received both cases (18 days/12 business days from NOA-2)

05/07/12 - Case numbers and IIN's (14 days/10 business days since NVC received)

05/07/12 - Sent out DS-3032 by email; auto-response received

05/08/12 - AOS fee invoiced, paid - "IN PROCESS"

05/09/12 - AOS fee shows as "PAID"

05/10/12 - Spouse's DS-3032 accepted; minor child's rejected = had petitioner call NVC = received verbal acceptance from operator

05/11/12 - Spouse's IV fee invoiced

05/14/12 - Daughter's IV fee invoiced, paid both IV fees - "IN PROCESS"

05/15/12 - Both IV fees show as "PAID"

05/16/12 - Sent both AOS and both IV packages to NVC via USPS (expected delivery: 05/19/12)

05/21/12 - All 4 packages delivered

05/30/12 - Received checklist for daughter's AOS

05/31/12 - Sent response to checklist via USPS (expected delivery: 06/01/12); Spouse's case completed

06/07/12 - Daughter's case completed; waiting for interview date

06/14/12 - P4 received: interview date 07/11/12

Embassy

07/04-05/12 - Medical at SLEC

07/11/12 - Interview: APPROVED!

07/14/12 - Visas on hand
