I am confused with the NVC email processing of immigrant visa. I keep hearing that there are certain countries that are qualified and Nigeria is not of them. Since Nigeria is one of them, does it mean that everything has to be done by mail. Does it mean that DS3032 choice of agent has to be done by mail not email. Please clarify.

Nope, the DS-3032 can be done by email or by regular mail, but since Nigeria does not support electronic processing, you will have to send the AOS and IV (DS-230) packages by regular mail.

You asked a similar question the other day...

When your case reaches NVC,make sure they have an email address for both of you. Your wife can email NVC a drafted letter (DS 3032)naming you as Choice Agent or if you have the DS 3032 already signed you can scan it and email it to NVC. Find example letter in LingChi's shortcuts. This will trigger NVC to email all corresponce to you. Everything that NVC requests of you must be PHYSCIALLY MAILED in following the DS 3032 pay AOS AND MAIL iI-864, tax info, employment verification, etc....then pay IV BILL AND MAIL the DS230 part 1&2 and your original requested documents.
