Question guys I wound up with a RFE on March 23 2012 on my k1 application and was wondering the turn around time for such a problem I know it could be up to 60days but I was wondering what the normal average time was for that no annulment papers with the application

It added about 2 1/2 weeks to our total time. I am the petitioner and they requested missing pages from my divorce decree.

How long ago did you reply? Here's what mine looks like:

I-129F RFE(s) :2011-09-12RFE Reply(s) :2011-09-15I-129F NOA2 :2011-10-03I sent the response 3 days later then 18 days later we had the approval. I called during my process and got alot of standard answers. As long as you know for certain they received it and were clear on what they wanted I doubt you'll feel alot better after you talk to them. Once you get the NOA2 everything really starts moving faster. Good luck.

When I got my RFE in ROC, we called them to make sure that they got our papers even though we had proof of delivery. After almost a month, we got approve. Though it might be different perspective when comes to K1..
