LCL's reference and link to the guide are great.

You have to be able to prove two things with your evidence, that you have actually met within 2 years of filing the petition, and that you have an ongoing relationship. They are somewhat similar, but they are different.

The mentioned guide succinctly describes the purposes of the evidence and gives some tried and tested examples of what works. Look at the guides and determine if you have adequate evidence for both criteria.

Do you have legible, dated passport stamps and emailed itinerary?

It looks a little redundant...redundant.... redundant...you mention the same agency three times, shown in red.

How about:

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

and call it good ? (That's what mine looked like.)

Of course, it is your petition. Good luck.

thank you, I guess its because I dont understand english well, lol, sorry about that, I just copied one example of form in this site.

Hey, no problema.... :D

Heck, I was born in America and I sometimes don't understand English.... , then if you hit me with some of my fiancee's "Chinglish" (her word) , it changes into something with a life of its own.... As you may have noticed, we are a diverse group, with folks from all over the world.

The guides are the best thing to use to prepare for your visa journey.

Sorry, LCL = Left Coast Lady...

There was a poster at another site who worked at Vermont Service Center and he strongly advised against big packages. It had a negative effect. My Russian wife was able to print some type of log or summary. Try that.

Hey, we all started at the beginning of this visa journey.

I think that LeftCoastLady (LCL) was trying to point you toward the step-by-step K-1 guide, the information in there can be a real time-saver! If you follow that guide, you will be doing yourself a real favor.....

It's not the LCL guide. It's the K-1 guide, which is a page you and especially your fiancé, since he will file the petition, should read over and over again to ensure the petition is completed correctly and the appropriate information is included. This is the link: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide.

Thank you.

If you read the guide and still don't know how to put together the package, then you should read it again. All of the information is there on one page.

as leftcoastlady suggested, it would be beneficial to you if we know which country you're from because some countries might be examined less strictly than others with high fraudulent rate, and so we can assist you with relevant information.

in our case, the entire i-129f package sent to dallas fit comfortably in a regular envelope with evidence of meeting in the last 2 years as 4 photos, 1 luggage tag, 1 itinerary printout. we got approved without any issues (see our timeline for details). 3 kg of evidence is pretty much crazy. i'm not sure if that will help at all though some posters seem to advocate front-loading; however, there is no concrete evidence that it really works in your favor.
