Hello everyone!

I'm not sure if this is the right sub-forum to ask this question, so I apologize if there is a more appropriate place.

"Port of Entry into U.S." and "Date of Entry Into U.S." are the last POE and date, or the original (came here on K1, but traveled after that)?

Thanks!

You should write the original POE & date. POE where you first entered on US soil & original date means the date when you first come to US on K1 visa.
