How long does it take to get tax transcripts from the IRS?

Also, my wife filed improperly her 2010 tax returns and needs to refile for that year to get a 2010 trabnscript. Her income meets the minimum from 2011 by almost double the minimum, and will be sending an employer letter + 4 most recent pay stubs(she got a new job this year). Would you recommend still sending transcripts from 2011, 2010 and 2009? Or is 2011 + employer letter and pay stubs enough?

When I did mine it took exactly 7 days by mail but if u have a office close by I know where I live you can walk in Tuesday's through Fridays and you can request them and you can just wate for them there it only takes maybe 10 or 15 min
