Hello,

I would like to ask your help regarding my problem on DS 157 form. Do i need to have the bank validation on it or a bank stamp is enough? I already paid the fees for the 2 visas (k1/K2)but i was not given at the bank (BPI) of the validated ds157 form nor told me to secure one for validation. Although I have with me the receipts of the said payments. Please help me on this. Your response is greatly appreciated. God Bless.

You do not receive the DS-157 form from the bank (BPI). You would download the file here

Keep that receipts for proof of payment of the K-1 and K-2 Visa Application Fee.

You can find all the required documents and forms need for the Visa Application here

If you have any further questions, please due ask.

the ds-157 is not validated by the bank at all. Your receipts for payment are what you must hold onto. those receipts are what you will show at the embassy for admittance priving you paid the appropriate fees.
