I hope that's not true!!! So, today I was able to submit Choice of Address and Agent for 1 of my kids. For my second child, it's still not available. I wonder though for the AOS, are you sending the I-864W form?

No, unfortunately my husband won't be able to naturalize until next year, so we don't qualify for exemption and had to file the I-864. One note for you (if you didn't know already) don't pay the AOS fee until all cases show as payable on their site or you'll have to pay more than you have to. When you wait until all cases are available to pay, you'll see a link on the payment portal that says Related Cases and you just pay the $88 one time for all cases listed there. They staggered our four cases in such a way that there was a few days gap between the first and last and I was getting so impatient that I almost didn't wait, but I'm glad I did!

Yes, you send a separate cover sheet and AOS package for each child. You only need to pay one fee, but they need a separate package for each one.

I just mailed AOS package (Form I-864W) for my 2 kids. I think I'll have to wait like 2 weeks at least before mailing the IV packages since I am waiting on the new passports (Kids need their passports renewed) and 2 pictures (2'x2')format. Is that right? Am I missing anything?

THIS QUESTION IS FOR THE NIGERIANS THAT HAS FILED FOR THEIR CHILDREN, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT KIND OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE DID YOU USE FOR THE CHILD.
