I have submitted everything AOS AND IV packages and paid all my fees to the NVC electronically, so im wondering how long does it actually take to get a case closed/complete? the operator told me it could take up to 20 business days or less. i have a MEP case. After getting case closed/completed how long does it take to get an appointment at Ciudad Juarez? :(

I responded to you already. It's currently taking NVC about a week to review packages and close the case if everything is approved.

And on average, most people get their interview date within a few weeks.

Saylin has a very useful spreadsheet on NVC processing time: http://tinyurl.com/4k7365v.

The spreadsheet includes a breakdown of when people submitted their AOS/IV packages and when their cases are completed. Cases going through electronic processing are also noted under comments.

In our case, it took 7 days for AOS and 18 days for IV to be reviewed. However there were many errors on NVC's end involved in our case so I wouldn't use it as benchmark for anything.

Did you submitted the AOS and IV at time?

Did you submitted the AOS and IV at time?

Everything was submitted as soon as payment status changed to "paid" on the online portal. Then, like I said, it took 7 days for AOS to be reviewed by nvc from the date we submitted it. It took 18 days for IV to be reviewed by nvc from the date we submitted it. I listed the actual dates below on my signature.
