Just making sure everything's set...

Question 15, it asks about employment. Is this about my job is his job?

In D, question 2, it asks if I filed before. I did, for a K-1 visa, about two years ago. We never did anything past the NOA2 stage since we broke up. I think I filed in September 2010, but I don't recall where I sent it. How can I check where I sent the petition, and also, will this affect my current petition? Do I have to explain why we abandoned it?

In question 21, I've got to write down the last address we lived together, since we still live together, I should just write today's date in the "to" part?

You have to disclose that you did file previous. If you abandoned the petition I am not sure what you should do about that. if you wanna find out about the case just call USCIS and they might be able to bring it up.

maybe someone else on here knows about that particular question.

I was told here back then the NOA2 just expires, so I'm hoping that still applies

oh okay, my journey didnt start with a fiance visa so i know absolutely nothing about it. but i do know alot of the AOS, thanks to vj and reading everything i could get my hands on.
