geeeeeesh they know that we're already outside of normal. i think the one who's handling our case is too slow & if i can talk to him then i will! but we can't :bonk:

Keep us updated. I will get very upset if they do me like they are doing you. I expect them to adher as close to the processing guidelines as possible. There is no excuse for you to wait for 8 months with no NOA2. Take care.

You have to call in and get a Supervisor or manager on the line. You have to have a answer other than the one you are told.

01/09/2012 - Sent to TSC

01/10/2012 - Received by TSC, transferred to VSC

01/13/2012 - check cleared bank and email from USCIS

01/17/2012 - NOA from VSC Receipt # notice no case #

yes, i'll update everyone here. just hoping for the best result after this very long wait. i think all i have to do is ask everyone here to help us in praying for our case & hope that you won't get the same situation as ours. :(

Call the NCSC and after you talk to tier 1, who be be reading from a checklist and is very noticeable, because they do not sound personable, tell them you want to be escalated to teir 2, which I believe is an actual immigration officer. Explain your situation and tell them you want them to submit an inquiry on your behalf as to why you have not received an NOA2 and it is 3 months after the average processing time, which is not reasonable. Get the officers name and badge number if they will give it to you and be courteous to them. Let us know what happens or what you find out with your teir 2 inquiry. Tell your petitioner to get their Senator involved and have them also make an inquiry. Good luck.

What state do you live in? I was in a similar situation and I emailed all of my states senators and representatives, and one rep's immigration person was AMAZING, she got us approved within the week, and even managed to push us through NVC and London quicker than normal, because there was risk of Duds missing our wedding  If you're from NH, i'd be glad to point you towards her

This is horrible and I am sorry you are going through this. I know how it feels. It has not been that long for me, but I am already getting so impatient. I keep checking USCIS webiste, but get even more sad when I see my case is still under initial process. I pray for all of us to hear a good news soon. Good luck and keep us updated about your status.
