Hi All,

Hope you all are doing good. Hoping all your dreams are coming true. Visajourney for me has been a good guide, I have said it time and again and will keep saying it.

I am here seek some advice from you all. I am in the process of AOS and I understand this process takes time. But I would be required to travel in the meanwhile for family affairs and for business out of the United States. I would like to know from you all how do I approach the USCIS for them to approve my case.

Thanks a tons guys for all your help & support.

Cheers

You need to file for Advance Parole using an I-131. See the attached link:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...adjustmentforms

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Just an observation, not being familiar to your case - you do have to have filed the AOS in order to be eligible for AP.

Just checkin'....

:star:

Make sure you're wearing clean knickers. You never know when you'll be run over by a bus.
