Not a K-1 process or procedure, moved to AOS.

There is no fee for EAD 765 or AP 131. They are included in the price $1070. There is no requirement to file for it but if you want to work before you get the green card you need to file for it.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

im not planning to work until i get my green card bcoz im pregnant right now. and i recieved a letter from uscis stating rejection notice for my daughter I-765 its says . this is in reference to the I-765, application for employment authorization, you submitted. your I-765 fees and supporting documentation is being returned to you for the following reasons:

the check amount is incorrect. or has been provided. please review the form instructions for fee information..

so do i still have to pay?
