Glad you took action and received favorable results. If only these people realize that they are literally holding peoples love-lives in their hands, they wont be so lax about updating us.

Anywho, congrats again.

Yeah, if they were in our shoes they'll feel how hard it is to be away with the one you love. I hope the ones who works there are also the ones who have been in this situation. I mean they don't care if we wait for how many months since it's not their loved ones anyways. But we're glad that we're half way now. :dance::dance::dance:

Once you get your MNL case number. Start preparing the Visa Application, Pay the Visa Fee for your (Fiancee), Start the Medical at St. Luke's Extension Clinic and Set your USEM appointment.

Finally! I thought this day won't come!!! I called USCIS this morning to ask for an update on our case since it's more than a month since our RFE was received. Thank u soo much VJ if it weren't for u guys! I know we still have a long way to go, but hearing the news that our petition was approved was a BIG relief! Thank u, Lord! :dance: :dance: :dance:

They asked for additional evidence that we met in the last 2years before I filed the petition. My Passport copy, and Letter of Witnesses from at least 2 persons (which my Mom and her Brother provided) It took us more than a month that we received the approval of our petition. Good luck to u!:)
