Of course not. I'd argue, however, that the Bush administration is much closer to the definition of incompetence than this one. This administrations isn't doing everything right either - arguably no administration ever has or ever will. But this administration has done a number of things right. Take the first one of the failures you list. Unless I missed the news on this, last I checked, the verdict hasn't come in on the constitutionality of PPACA. Of course, we shouldn't wait for the SCOTUS to weigh in on the issue. Who the ** do these nine justices think they are? As to the claim that PPACA has caused 4.5 million Americans the loss of their employer sponsored health care coverage, not even the source where that claim originates (that would be the RWN publication "Weekly Standard") will make that claim. The fact is that this country has seen a steadily decreasing number of Americans who have employer provided health insurance. That trend started long before PPACA became law. In fact, it started before Obama was elected.

Now, we could work down that list item by item but it's really not worth the time or effort. It's RWN nonsense that I am not interested in entertaining.

Weren't these 9 justices the ultimate authority on making that particular call? I seem to remember that they were but apparently that's not the case in your circles.
