AOS interview next week

Hi everyone,

I'm going to the AOS interview next week. Today, my mother in law just sent me my co-sponsor's tax return for 2011. But the thing is there's no signature of preparer... There's an attachment in my message.Can I use this one? Am I good with I-1040 or I have to collect something else? Pls give me some opinions.

"Signature of preparer" is only used if an individual other than the taxpayer prepared the return, like an accountant. As long as the taxpayer signed it, you're OK. You have all the W-2s and other attachments to the return too, right?

I sent tax return 2010 I-1040, tax transcript 2010, W-2 2010 with my AOS package. For 2011, I only have tax return I-2011. So that means I have to ask my co-sponsor to send me 2011 W-2 and tax transcript ????

Either 2011 W-2s OR 2011 tax transcript is OK.
