Hi everyone! Last February my fiance call the USCIS to expedite our case and here is the email we receive after he call:

We have received your request for expedite on your case. Please provide

the following missing documents.

The petitioner and beneficiary must each provide an original statement

(signed and dated) indicating that they plan to marry each other within

90 days of the beneficiary's admission to the U.S.

Complete the item(s) on page 3 of the I-129F petition. If any item does

not apply, write "N/A."

SInce fiance is in deployment we send all those only this April and confirmed that they got it after 2 days we send it, and my fiance call again to ask about the status and my mom in law(soon to be) received a letter today and this is it:

Dear Sir or Madam:

Thank you for your recent inquiry to the California Service Center via fax or letter for information regarding your case status. USCIS has launched a new referral tracking system through our National Customer Service Center. To ensure that customerinquiries are handeled as efffectively and quickly as possible, we ask you call our National Customer Service Center, which is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, PST at 1-800-375-5283. The National Service Center will track your inquiry with us to resolution..

Most importantly, USCIS provides a case-status online inquiry service on our website at WWW.uscis.gov - just click on the "Case Status & Processing Dates" link. Finally, the USCIS website also includes a chart that reports current processing dates for particular applications and petitions in relation to the date the application or petition was filed. The USCIS processes cases in the order received.

ID# C30027.

Ok fine they send that letter but the problem is together with this letter they sent us back our letter of intent and the I-129F. I dnt know why they sent that back and what will I do. When my fiance called them i think last monday theyy just said that our papers is still in review and will contact to let him know if it is approved or not. Im just confused why they need to sent it back to us since they are the one who requested for that..Please enlighten me..Is this a problem? It's really hard for us because until now my Fiance is still in deployment..Thank you so much for all the reply...

I would suggest contacting USCIS again. Inquiry on the current status of the petition and the emails you received.
