Today I am just returning from Casablanca Morocco. His visa was denied. We both so heart broken. I know this is not the reason, however they asked what kind of medicine I am on. He said he was not sure of name. The man for interview said to bad, your denied. No reason given to him. We just don't understand. Planning to get married soon and apply for the visa 3k. ARGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH this is so heart breaking.

Sorry to hear of your heart break. It is not a good feeling at this point, I have been there. And hope your health is improved.

Good luck with your future decision on filing. :star:

Help... Please. What do they mean not denied? Plus case expires may 9th so ....

Dear Madam,

Thank you for your inquiry on behalf of your fiancé Mr. **** regarding his I-129F petition.  Mr. **** visa has not been denied His case was returned to the Department of Homeland Security's Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on April 17, 2012 for further review.  Due to the personal nature of the information, the file was sent via registered diplomatic pouch (Reg # 7448616).  The Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services will be contacting you to discuss the return of the petition to their office.  However, if you wish to seek information on the status of the case, you should contact the USCIS National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.  You are advised to wait a few weeks before contacting USCIS to allow them to receive and review the file.

This is a denial, they just won't say those words. Sending it back is denying a visa. USCIS has the final say. It will most likely expire. I'm so sorry to hear the bad news.

so so sorry to hear about that, that happened to us on April 9, when my fiance had his interview in Casablanca, and the same thing,he answered everything correct, but the co asked him what kind of medicine does my daughter was taking when she was sick in 2010,woww that mad at me,and still,i wrote to my congressman to know the exact reason of the refusal, because the Co didn't tell anything to my fiance, just gave him a letter with 221-g and she told us case was going to send back to uSCIS,im waiting for my Senator response,i thing they make the denials for nothing, but anyway,we will go ahead,if this doesnt work,we'll get marry and i'll make the I-130 till we be together for ever.
