Today I am just returning from Casablanca Morocco. His visa was denied. We both so heart broken. I know this is not the reason, however they asked what kind of medicine I am on. He said he was not sure of name. The man for interview said to bad, your denied. No reason given to him. We just don't understand. Planning to get married soon and apply for the visa 3k. ARGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH this is so heart breaking.

You should apply for the CR-1, not the K3. It's a far superior visa and cheaper.

There are times when the reasons for denial are so absurd. I think at times they need to make a denial quota and will keep asking questions until you miss one. It is sad when this happens. Remember that you should get a chance to refute their assumptions of you are still single.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Yes I am on medicine. I was going to travel there in oct. Canceled due to extreme medical conditions. My Step Dad in hospital the month of oct and passed away Nov 14th. I have also been ill and in hospital for two plus months and two surgeries. Still on meds however this condition will go away, no longer life threating. That was reason for delay in my 4th trip there. However i did go this last week to be there for interview. I dont know how I can get results for denial since they havent told him reason however i believe they need to tell me since i am petitioner. Any advice?

They will must likely claim that you lack a boafide relationship because he couldn't answer personal questions. You should try to get it reconsidered there. The level of detail they asked was extreme ( assuming this was his only wrong answer ) I know how terrible these things can be , I have been there when they denied my now husband on the first interview because he couldn't devulge details of my classified work after he had correctly answered the company name, number of year of employment and what type of work I do.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

You'll used above reasons as to why there were limited visits to Morocco, correct. So when the CO asked your SO more details questions about these situations he couldn't answer. Correct? Hence there goes the reason and rational for the denial. Sorry, this happen.

They wanted to know how much he knew you that is why they asked him what kind of medicine you were taking.
