Question about removal of conditions is very valid since you were suppose to do it immediately after you divorced. If you did not, they you will definitely have problems.

Remarriage and ROC are separate. ROC is required to be done immediately after a divorce so you should do that right away. You can remarry whoever you want. Whether your divorce and/or remarriage will look suspicious to USCIS is something no one can tell you without more details.

ya, think about steps for a moment.

since you are divorced, you are to file the ROC set of paperwork. There's a special item to tick on the form.

If you wish a 10 year card, suggest you wait a bit before marrying again - it doesn't have ADVERSE affect on your new petition, but marrying again to a USCitizen will not get you future USCIS status - the only way to have future status in the USA is to file the ROC now (or as soon as the divorce is finalized) ..

Good Luck !

i didnt file for the removal status yet but i can i filed that when i remarry?

i need some information like steps because i dont know....

You need to file for removal of conditions on your current green card based on the divorce. You'll need to provide evidence that you entered the marriage in good faith. You don't file anything based on the new marriage. You've already adjusted status. You don't need to do that again.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
