hello please i have a question i have have been married to american and my ex wife she has filed for me an application I130 i did get approved with usics and mu case has been sent out in to the visa center but i didnt finish my case so i did let it go my question here is i want to seen my ex wife her grave so if i do apply for visitory visa and i have all of kind to show to the embassy like i have my ex wife her death certaficate and my marriage licence and my case that i have with the service imgration so is i have a good advaice on it ? i can get it with out any problem ? is any one have go throught this procece before thank's to every body who is going to answer my question i truly i need help on my case because i do have an appointment on 30 may

It sounds like you are saying your wife passed away during the visa process. You would like to see her grave so you are applying for a tourist visa? I am very sorry for your loss. I don't have any answers for you, but you may want to ask a moderator to move your question to the tourist visa forum or to the MENA forum. For what it's worth, I do know a man from Morocco whose wife passed away during the process. He was denied a visa to visit the US shortly after her death. Everyone's situation is different though. I hope you get some more informed answers soon.
